I felt again more productive this month. I read a chunk of the books on my list for the month, added in a few others, and continue to have plenty to roll over. This may go down as the smallest amount of books read in one month for me this year. I finally made it through all the old library books, but still have a couple left to catch up on.
The last book I finished was The English Patient by Michael Ondaatje, which was amazing. I’m currently working on House on the Strand by Daphne du Maurier, and probably will start Double Cross by James Patterson before the week is out.

It’s a lot to take on, but I think things in life are winding down and I should have a little bit more time to get some good reading in, plus these are all great books and I think I will cruise through. I really, really would like to finish Gone With the Wind before too long, and my other chunkster book, considering the challenge ends November 15th.
