What a long unproductive month of reading. I’m not impressed with myself that for the past two months I haven’t really taken a whole lot off my nightstand, but pick up books from other places. August is going to be a critical month in my reading because I have a few challenges that will be finishing. That said, a lot on my nightstand will probably continue to go unread for another month.
However, I did finish up the entire Chronicles of Narnia, and started Gone With the Wind, so some books have been removed, but the rest remain.
To Read in August:
- Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell (Summer Vacation Reading)
- Five Days in Paris by Danielle Steel (Summer Vacation Reading)
- Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden (999 Challenge)
- Smash Cut by Sandra Brown (999 Challenge/Countdown Challenge)
- Run For Your Life by Sandra Brown (999 Challenge/Countdown Challenge)
- Four Blind Mice by James Patterson (999 Challenge)
- Big Bad Wolf by James Patterson (999 Challenge)
- London Bridges by James Patterson (999 Challenge)
- Mary Mary by James Patterson (999 Challenge)
- Cross by James Patterson (999 Challenge)
- Double Cross by James Patterson (999 Challenge)
Here’s to hoping I can finish these all in a timely fashion.
